Refund Policy
1. Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing billing@myrt.cloud. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You keep access to your data and can export it (see the Privacy Policy).
2. 14-day refund window
- If you are a new subscriber, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge for that subscription, for any reason, no questions asked.
- This is independent of your statutory rights (including the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for digital subscriptions — which you lose if you actively consume metered runs during that period, because supply begins with your consent).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our Merchant of Record; timing depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
3. Metered usage
myrt meters actual compute (runs, tool calls). Usage that has already executed — model inference, sandbox compute, job runs — is non-refundable, because the underlying cost is incurred at the moment of execution. Refund requests within the 14-day window are therefore evaluated on the subscription fee, not consumed metered credit beyond it.
4. Repeated refunds and abuse
We may decline a refund where there is clear abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-refund cycles, metering farming). We will always explain a decline and you can escalate to legal@myrt.cloud.
5. Outages and goodwill
During beta we do not offer SLA credits. If an incident attributable to us materially degraded paid service, we will proactively credit affected accounts — check /status for our public incident history.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — almost everything is solvable faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is open.
7. Contact
billing@myrt.cloud for refunds and cancellations; legal@myrt.cloud for disputes.
