Terms of Service
1. The Service
myrt is an AI-native application platform: you can run AI agents, schedule jobs, deploy workers, manage API keys, and interact with an admin console. Access is provided via the web interface and HTTP APIs. We may add, change, or discontinue features during and after beta.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
- One person or entity per account; workspace/tenant sharing is provided through the Service's own mechanisms only.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break applicable law, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- generate or distribute malware, harassment, or content intended to deceive or defraud;
- probe, scan, or attack the Service or other tenants, including bypassing sandboxing, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
- resell capacity or share credentials to circumvent plan limits or metering;
- run sustained compute outside your plan's fair-use limits, which we may throttle or suspend.
We may suspend accounts that threaten the platform or other tenants. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
4. Your content and models
- “Content” means prompts, files, outputs, job definitions, and agent configurations you submit. You retain ownership of your Content.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your Content solely to operate the Service (including dispatching to model providers you configure).
- You are responsible for having the rights to the Content you submit and for outputs you publish.
5. Plans, metering, and billing
- Plans are metered per run/tool usage. Meters are surfaced in-app; you can set budgets and hard limits.
- Payments and sales tax/VAT are handled by our Merchant of Record (Polar). By purchasing, you also accept Polar's terms as applicable to the transaction.
- Fees are non-recuring monthly subscriptions or metered credit; see the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
6. Availability and support
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis during beta. We publish incidents at /status. We do not commit to an uptime SLA until general availability. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis at support@myrt.cloud.
7. Termination
You may delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your Content is deleted per the Privacy Policy, subject to backup retention.
8. Disclaimers and liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate. Verify outputs before relying on them; you remain responsible for decisions made from them.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) 50 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to paid accounts will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
